This clinical trial is testing a new treatment, 225Ac-SSO110, combined with standard care, to see if it is safe and effective for patients with certain types of lung cancer and skin cancer that have spread or returned.

Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to find out if a new treatment called 225Ac-SSO110, when used with standard care, is safe and can help fight cancer in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) and Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) that has come back or spread. The study will also determine the best dose to use in future research.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must agree to participate and follow all study procedures.
  • Have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) or Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) that has returned or spread, confirmed by medical tests.
  • Eligible to receive or already receiving immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) treatment.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
  • Show positive results on a specific scan during screening.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have unstable spinal cord compression.
  • Have had previous treatments with certain types of radiation therapy.
  • Are receiving or planning to receive chest radiation.
  • Have a history of immune system problems, organ transplants, or CAR-T cell therapy.
  • Have had major surgery recently or plan to have major surgery during the study.
  • Have inadequate organ or bone marrow function.
