Study on Pembrolizumab Plus New Drugs for Treating Resectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Inclusion Criteria

• Have been diagnosed with Stage II, IIIA, or IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be surgically removed.
• Be able to undergo the study treatment and necessary surgery.
• Do not need epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) therapy as the main treatment.
• Have a good overall health status, with an ECOG performance score of 0 or 1.
• Can provide a sample of the lung tumor or lymph node for testing.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have certain types of lung cancer, such as those in the upper lung area or mixed with small cell elements.
• Have severe nerve damage or eye conditions that affect healing.
• Have active inflammatory bowel disease or a history of it.
• Have uncontrolled heart or blood vessel diseases.
• Have received a live vaccine within 30 days before starting the study.
• Have had recent radiation therapy or related side effects needing steroids.
• Have an immune system deficiency or are on high-dose steroids or other immune-suppressing treatments.
• Have another cancer that is active or was treated in the last 5 years.
• Have severe allergies to pembrolizumab or its ingredients.
• Have an autoimmune disease needing treatment in the last 2 years.
• Have lung inflammation needing steroids or current lung disease.
• Have an active infection needing treatment.
• Have hepatitis B or C, or HIV.
• Have had a tissue or organ transplant.
