Program Overview
This study is exploring the effectiveness of a new cancer vaccine, OSE2101, in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have become resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the vaccine or standard chemotherapy with docetaxel. The study will consider factors like the type of lung cancer and the patient's overall health status.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Men and women aged 18 or older.
- Must have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A2.
- Diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.
- Cancer must not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1) that allow for targeted treatments, unless there is no access to such treatments locally.
- Must have developed resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
- Other criteria may apply as per the study protocol.
