Study Comparing Two Vaccine Combinations with Immunotherapy for Treatable Pancreatic Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a new diagnosis of pancreatic cancer confirmed by a biopsy.
• The tumor must be considered removable by surgery.
• Agree to have a tumor biopsy.
• Be in good overall health, with an activity level that allows for light work or better.
• Have good organ and bone marrow function based on specific lab tests.
• Women who can have children must have a negative pregnancy test.
• Both men and women must agree to use effective birth control during the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have received any treatment for pancreatic cancer or any previous cancer immunotherapy.
• Have another cancer that could affect the study's results.
• Have uncontrolled health issues like infections, heart problems, or mental health conditions that could interfere with the study.
• Have an active autoimmune disease.
• Are taking high doses of steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs recently.
• Have an active infection needing treatment.
• Have a history of HIV, hepatitis B or C, or active tuberculosis.
• Have lung diseases like COPD or asthma that require medication.
• Have had a stem cell or organ transplant.
• Have had major surgery recently.
• Have received a live vaccine recently.
• Have had severe allergic reactions to monoclonal antibodies.
• Are participating in another clinical study.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
