This clinical trial is testing whether combining radiation therapy with the drug Dostarlimab is an effective treatment for women with a specific type of endometrial cancer who have recently had surgery.

Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to find out if using radiation therapy together with the drug Dostarlimab can help treat women with endometrial cancer that has certain genetic features (MMR-D/MSI-H) after they have undergone surgery.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a good overall health status (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
- Have endometrial cancer of any type, with specific genetic features (MMR-D or MSI-H).
- Must have had complete surgical staging and have stage III/IVA disease.
- Surgery must have been completed between 3 to 12 weeks before starting the study treatment, and recovery from surgery must be adequate.
- Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 150 days after the last dose.
- Must not be breastfeeding during the study or for 150 days after the last dose.
- Must have adequate organ function as shown by specific blood tests.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have had previous chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or investigational therapy for endometrial cancer.
- Have received prior treatment with certain immune therapies for endometrial cancer.
- Unable to undergo radiation therapy due to specific medical reasons.
- Have allergies to Dostarlimab or its ingredients.
- Have an active infection or a history of certain lung diseases.
- Have a history of autoimmune or inflammatory disorders, with some exceptions.
- Have received a live vaccine within 30 days before starting the study treatment.
- Are unwilling or unable to comply with the study requirements.
