Study on Epcoritamab and CAR T Cells for Treating Large B-cell Lymphomas

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must be able to give informed consent, or have a representative who can do so.
• Must be able to follow the study procedures.
• Must have an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
• Must have a confirmed diagnosis of large B-cell lymphoma with CD20+ tumor cells.
• Must have not responded to initial standard treatments that include anthracycline and anti-CD20 antibody.
• Must be eligible for and agree to receive a commercially available CAR T cell therapy.
• Must have a PET/CT scan or similar imaging showing at least one measurable tumor.
• Must have adequate lab test results.
• Must have resolved any side effects from previous treatments to a level that allows participation.
• Must agree to use effective birth control methods.

Exclusion Criteria

• Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
• Have had a solid organ transplant.
• Have primary or active secondary central nervous system lymphoma.
• Have a history of autoimmune diseases requiring long-term immunosuppressive therapy, with some exceptions for stable conditions.
• Currently taking systemic immunosuppressive medications, with some exceptions for low-dose or specific uses.
• Have another type of cancer, except for certain non-threatening cancers or those in remission.
• Have significant heart disease.
• Have active infections like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV, unless well-controlled.
• Have serious lung disease requiring high-dose steroids or oxygen.
• Have uncontrolled seizures.
• Have received a live vaccine recently.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Have any serious medical conditions that could interfere with the study.
