Phase 2 Study of AMG 193 for Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with MTAP Deletion

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of two different doses of the drug AMG 193 in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific genetic deletion called MTAP. The study will also evaluate how well the drug works through an independent review.

Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to determine if the drug AMG 193 is safe and effective for treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific genetic deletion known as MTAP. Researchers will test two different doses of AMG 193 and assess its effectiveness through an independent review process.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific genetic deletion called MTAP.
- Have already received at least one treatment for advanced cancer that did not work or the cancer came back.
- Provide a previous tissue sample for analysis.
- Have a life expectancy of more than 3 months, as determined by the study doctor.
- If you have brain metastases, they must have been treated with radiation or surgery at least 14 days before starting the study.
- If you have untreated brain metastases, they must be small (2 cm or less) and not causing symptoms or requiring steroid treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have tumors with certain genetic mutations that can be treated with specific targeted therapies.
- Have had major surgery within 28 days before starting the study.
- Have untreated brain metastases that are causing symptoms or are larger than 2 cm.
