Study on Patritumab Deruxtecan for Treating Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancers

Program Overview
Researchers are conducting a study to see if a new drug, patritumab deruxtecan, can be effective in treating certain advanced gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. These cancers have spread beyond their original location. The study's main goals are to determine if the drug is safe and well-tolerated by patients, and to see how many patients experience a reduction or disappearance of their cancer after treatment.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have one of the following types of cancer:
- Colorectal cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
- Advanced biliary tract cancer that cannot be surgically removed.
- Liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that cannot be treated with local therapies.
- Have received previous treatment for the cancer.
- Have recovered from any side effects of past cancer treatments.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have a history of lung disease (interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis) that required steroid treatment, currently have lung disease, or have suspected lung disease that cannot be ruled out by imaging tests.
- Have severe breathing problems due to lung illnesses, as determined by the study doctor.
- Have significant eye disease affecting the cornea.
- Have uncontrolled or serious heart or blood vessel diseases.
