Study on XL092 for Patients with Advanced Prostate Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread and is resistant to hormone therapy.
• Cancer must have progressed after previous treatment with a specific drug (177Lu-PSMA-617).
• Be in relatively good health with an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
• Have adequate organ function as shown by specific blood tests.
• Agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 96 days after the last dose.
• Must have recovered from any side effects of previous cancer treatments.
• Able to understand and sign a consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have previously been treated with XL092.
• Have taken certain cancer treatments within two weeks before starting the study.
• Have untreated or unstable brain metastases.
• Be on certain blood thinners unless approved by the study doctor.
• Have significant heart, lung, or gastrointestinal issues.
• Have active infections or other serious medical conditions.
• Have had major surgery recently.
• Have a history of psychiatric illness that could interfere with the study.
• Be unable to swallow tablets.
• Have allergies to the study medication.
• Have another active cancer that requires treatment.
• Be taking medications that are not allowed during the study.
