Study on ADI-270 for Treating Advanced Clear Cell Kidney Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
• Have advanced or metastatic cancer that has spread beyond the kidney.
• Have previously been treated with both an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a VEGF inhibitor for advanced or metastatic cancer.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured using standard criteria.
• Have completed any previous cancer treatments at least three weeks ago or after a certain period based on the drug's half-life.
• Have a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score of 70 or higher, indicating the ability to care for oneself and perform daily activities.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, unless treated and stable without steroids for at least 8 weeks.
• Have significant brain or nervous system issues as determined by the study doctor.
• Have had radiation therapy within 21 days before starting the study treatment, except for certain bone treatments completed at least 2 weeks prior.
• Have another active cancer, except for certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical or bladder cancer, within the past 24 months.
• Have received gene therapy or similar treatments within 6 weeks before starting the study.
• Have been treated with therapies targeting CD70.
• Require more than 5 mg of prednisone or equivalent steroids daily.
• Have a history of primary immunodeficiency disorders.
• Have an active autoimmune disease requiring ongoing treatment with immunosuppressive drugs.
