Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to find out if a new combination of drugs—Casdozokitug, Toripalimab, and Bevacizumab—can safely and effectively treat liver cancer that is advanced and cannot be surgically removed. Researchers also aim to determine the best dose of Casdozokitug when used with the other two drugs.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Cancer diagnosis confirmed by medical tests or specific criteria for liver disease in patients with liver cirrhosis.
  • Cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or local therapies, or has worsened after such treatments.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor that has not been treated.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have received previous treatment with drugs for liver cancer.
  • Have been treated with anti-IL-27 therapies before.
  • Have a specific type of liver cancer, such as fibrolamellar, sarcomatoid, or mixed with bile duct cancer.
  • Have moderate to severe fluid buildup in the abdomen (ascites).
  • Have uncontrolled fluid buildup around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that needs frequent drainage.
