This clinical trial is testing a new oral medication, REC-1245, to see if it is safe and effective for people with advanced or spread solid tumors that cannot be surgically removed.

Patient Parameters

Program Overview

The study aims to evaluate the safety and effects of a new drug, REC-1245, taken once daily by mouth, in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will monitor how the drug is processed in the body and its initial effects on the cancer.

Description

This study involves about 85 participants and is divided into two phases. In Phase 1, 55 participants will be enrolled to assess the safety and how the body processes the drug. In Phase 2, 10 to 30 participants will be further evaluated for the drug's effects on their cancer. Participants will take REC-1245 daily for up to two years, and researchers will closely monitor their health and the drug's impact on their cancer.
