Program Overview
The main goal of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a treatment called bel-sar in patients who have eye metastasis from breast or lung cancer. The study will involve different doses and treatment cycles to find the best approach.
Description
This study is open-label, meaning both the researchers and participants know what treatment is being given. It is designed to test the safety and tolerability of bel-sar at four different dose levels. Participants will receive one or two cycles of treatment to see how well they tolerate it. The focus is on patients who have eye metastasis from breast or lung cancer, specifically in one eye only.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have been diagnosed with eye metastasis from a confirmed breast or lung cancer.
- Have a single eye metastasis in one eye only, with no metastasis in the other eye.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have an active eye infection or disease.
- Must not have a primary tumor or brain metastasis that requires radiation treatment, as determined by the primary oncologist.
