Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of an advanced solid tumor.
  • Have cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and have tried other treatments that are known to help, unless those treatments were not suitable or available.
  • Have measurable disease according to standard criteria.
  • Be in good overall health with a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Have adequate organ function, including bone marrow, liver, and kidneys.
  • Be willing to provide a tumor sample before starting treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have previously received a specific type of treatment known as topoisomerase 1-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy.
