Program Overview

This program provides access to the investigational drug Ziftomenib for adults with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) who have specific genetic mutations. It is intended for patients who have tried all standard treatments without success and have no other treatment options. Access is only available in the United States, and requests must be made through the contact information provided by the responsible party.

Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) or Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have tried all standard treatments without success and have no other treatment options
  • Cannot participate in any ongoing clinical study of the drug due to location or other reasons
  • Must meet any other medical criteria set by Kura Oncology
  • For AML patients: Must not have KMT2A rearrangement
