Eligibility Criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with HRAS-mutant carcinomas or peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have tried all standard treatments without success and have no other suitable treatment options available.
- Cannot participate in any ongoing clinical study of tipifarnib, possibly due to location.
- Must meet any other medical criteria set by Kura Oncology for access to the drug.
