Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed with HRAS-mutant carcinomas or peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Have tried all standard treatments without success and have no other suitable treatment options available.
  • Cannot participate in any ongoing clinical study of tipifarnib, possibly due to location.
  • Must meet any other medical criteria set by Kura Oncology for access to the drug.
