Inclusion Criteria
- All other treatment options have been tried without success.
- The patient cannot join any ongoing clinical trials or is too far away from trial locations, including those with derazantinib.
- There is a belief that the benefits of taking derazantinib outweigh the risks of using an investigational drug.
- The patient is willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to the treatment.
- If needed, approval from the relevant health authorities is obtained.
