Program Overview
The goal of this program is to provide early access to the drug erdafitinib for patients with advanced cancers that have specific genetic changes in the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) gene. This is for patients who have already tried at least two standard treatments and have no other options left. The program is available to those who cannot participate in an erdafitinib clinical trial and is offered before the drug is officially approved by the FDA.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed genetic change in the FGFR gene.
- Do not have other health conditions that would make taking erdafitinib too risky, as determined by your doctor.
- Have a life expectancy of more than 3 months, as assessed by your doctor.
- Have tried all available treatments for your cancer.
- Are not eligible for other erdafitinib clinical trials, such as BLC3001/NCT03390504 and BLC2002/NCT03473743.
