Patient Parameters

Program Overview

The purpose of this program is to provide access to the investigational drug REGN5458 for patients with multiple myeloma that has either come back after treatment or has not responded to previous treatments. This is done under a special program called 'Compassionate Use,' which allows patients to receive experimental treatments outside of clinical trials when no other options are available.

Description

This compassionate use program is designed to help patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma gain access to the investigational drug REGN5458. Compassionate use is considered when a patient has exhausted all other treatment options and is not eligible for clinical trials. Requests for this program are made through Individual Patient Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.
