The goal of this expanded access program is to offer ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) to patients with multiple myeloma when the treatment does not meet the usual commercial standards and is not accessible through the local healthcare system.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Eligible for treatment with cilta-cel according to U.S. guidelines.
  • Have serious or life-threatening multiple myeloma, and other treatment options are not suitable or effective.
  • A medical review by Janssen has determined that the benefits of the treatment outweigh the risks for the patient.
  • The treating doctor agrees that this treatment is the best option for the patient.
  • Able to understand and agree to the program's purpose by signing a consent form.
  • Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test before starting treatment.
