Program Overview

This program is designed to help patients with cancer that have a specific genetic change known as NTRK gene fusion. This change happens when parts of two different genes join together, which can lead to the growth of tumors in various parts of the body. Larotrectinib is a medication that targets and blocks the action of this gene fusion. The program is for patients who cannot join current clinical trials for larotrectinib and have not responded to standard treatments for their cancer.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a cancer diagnosis with an NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene fusion.
  • Cannot participate in an ongoing larotrectinib clinical trial.
  • Medically suitable to receive treatment with larotrectinib.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Currently participating in a clinical study involving larotrectinib or another similar drug.
