Program Overview
This study is part of a larger research project and focuses on evaluating how well the drug zilovertamab vedotin works and how safe it is for children with relapsed or hard-to-treat B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), Burkitt lymphoma, or neuroblastoma. It also includes young adults with Ewing sarcoma.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with specific blood cancers like B-precursor B-ALL or DLBCL/Burkitt lymphoma.
- Diagnosed with solid tumors such as neuroblastoma or Ewing sarcoma.
Exclusion Criteria
- History of organ transplant.
- Serious heart disease.
- Liver cirrhosis.
- Severe nerve damage.
- Certain genetic nerve disorders.
- Down syndrome.
- Ongoing graft-versus-host disease or treatment for it.
- HIV infection.
- Allergic to any part of the study drug.
- Recent radiation therapy within 4 weeks before starting the study.
- Long-term steroid use above a certain dose.
- Use of certain medications that affect liver enzymes within a specific time before the study.
- Recent cancer treatments or experimental drugs within 4 weeks before the study.
- Recent live vaccines within 30 days before the study.
- Other active cancers needing treatment in the past year.
- Active infections needing treatment.
- Hepatitis B or C infection.
- Not fully recovered from major surgery.
