Program Overview

The goal of this study is to let patients who are doing well on lorlatinib in earlier Pfizer studies keep taking the medication. It also aims to collect more information about the safety of lorlatinib for these patients.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Currently receiving lorlatinib treatment in a Pfizer study and benefiting from it, as determined by the study doctor.
  • Agree to follow guidelines related to reproduction.
  • Have good bone marrow, liver, kidney, and pancreatic function.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Any medical condition that the study doctor or sponsor believes would make it unsafe to participate.
