Description

This study is focused on testing a new medication called CCS1477 in patients with specific types of blood cancers. The goal is to determine if the drug is safe to use, how well patients tolerate it, and how it affects the cancer. The study will also look at how the drug is absorbed and processed by the body. Patients with Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma are also included in this research.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must provide consent to participate.
  • Have a performance status score of 0 to 2, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of relapsed or refractory blood cancers, such as Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, or Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
  • Must have received standard treatments before.
  • Have adequate organ function as determined by medical tests.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have received chemotherapy, investigational drugs, or other cancer treatments within 14 days or 5 half-lives of the first dose of the study drug.
  • Have had major surgery or a significant injury within 4 weeks before starting the study treatment.
  • Are taking strong inhibitors or inducers of certain liver enzymes (CYP3A4) or medications with a narrow safety range within a specified time before the study.
  • Must stop taking statins before starting the study treatment.
  • Have unresolved side effects from previous treatments that are more than mild, except for hair loss and moderate nerve pain.
  • Have severe or uncontrolled diseases or illnesses.
  • Have a prolonged QT interval on an ECG (greater than 480 milliseconds).
