Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well a combination of treatments, including adagrasib, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy, works for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a KRAS G12C mutation. The study focuses on patients whose cancer has a certain level of a protein called TPS, which is involved in the cancer's growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have received any previous treatment targeting the KRAS G12C mutation.
  • For certain groups, have had previous treatments for advanced NSCLC, including chemotherapy, immune therapy, or a combination of both, unless it was given more than a year ago in a different setting.
  • For specific groups, have received maintenance therapy like pembrolizumab or pemetrexed after initial chemotherapy.
  • Have had radiation to the lung greater than 30 Gy within six months before starting the study treatment.
  • Have active cancer that has spread to the brain.
