Study on Nivolumab and Ruxolitinib for Treating Relapsed or Hard-to-Treat Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
• Have tried at least two previous treatments, including chemotherapy and possibly stem cell transplant, without success.
• Have completed any previous cancer treatments at least 14 days before joining the study and recovered from any side effects.
• Have certain blood counts and organ function levels within specified limits.
• Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test before starting the study.
• Men and women must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for a period after treatment ends.
• Must be willing to provide written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Must be able to swallow pills.
• Cannot have any serious medical conditions that could interfere with the study.
• Cannot have active lymphoma in the brain or spinal cord.
• Cannot have uncontrolled heart disease.
• Cannot be taking certain medications that suppress the immune system.
• Cannot have a history of certain autoimmune diseases in the past three years.
• Cannot have active hepatitis B or C infections.
• Cannot have significant liver problems.
• Cannot be taking certain medications that affect how the study drugs work.
