Study on Zanubrutinib, Obinutuzumab, and Venetoclax for Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Leukemia (SLL)

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Leukemia (SLL).
• No previous systemic treatment for CLL or SLL, except for local radiation or short-term steroids for symptom control.
• Good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2.
• Adequate blood cell counts and organ function.
• Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective contraception during and after the study.
• Men must agree to use contraception or remain abstinent during and after the study.
• Willing to comply with study requirements and provide informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have another active cancer or have had systemic treatment for another cancer within the last 3 years.
• Have uncontrolled health conditions that could interfere with the study.
• Have active infections or a history of certain infections like HIV or hepatitis.
• Have had major surgery within 4 weeks before starting the study.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Are taking certain medications that could interfere with the study drugs.
• Have received live vaccines recently or need them during the study.
• Have a history of severe allergic reactions to study drugs.
• Are participating in another clinical trial without approval from the study investigator.
