Program Overview

The aim of this study is to find out if the new drug CC-99282 is safe and can help treat Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) that has returned or not responded to other treatments. The study will look at how well patients tolerate the drug alone and in combination with other anti-lymphoma treatments.

Description

This study is for patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) that has come back or not responded to at least two previous treatments, or who have had at least one standard treatment and cannot receive any other available therapies.

The study will first test different doses of CC-99282 to find the highest dose that patients can safely tolerate. This part will include patients with specific types of NHL, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma.

After finding the safe dose, the study will further test CC-99282 alone and in combination with other anti-lymphoma treatments to see how effective it is in treating NHL.

Additionally, the study will explore how food might affect the drug's safety and how it works in the body.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a history of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment.
  • Have a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have a life expectancy of 2 months or less.
  • Have received any anti-cancer treatment within a short period before starting the study drug.
  • Are on long-term immune-suppressing medications or have significant graft-versus-host disease.
  • Have serious heart problems or impaired heart function.
