Study on V940 and Pembrolizumab for People with High-Risk Melanoma

Program Overview
The goal of this study is to determine if a new treatment called V940, when used with pembrolizumab, is safe and can help stop melanoma from coming back in people who are at high risk. Researchers want to see if this combination works better than just using pembrolizumab by itself.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have had surgery to remove melanoma and have a confirmed diagnosis of Stage IIB, IIC, III, or IV skin melanoma.
- Have not received any other treatments for melanoma besides surgery.
- No more than 13 weeks have passed since the last surgery that removed all cancer.
- Be free of cancer at the time of joining the study.
- If HIV-positive, must have well-controlled HIV with medication.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have melanoma in the eye or mucous membranes.
- Have cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Have had heart failure in the last 6 months.
- Have received previous cancer treatments or vaccines.
- Have another cancer that has spread or needed treatment in the last 3 years.
- Have had severe reactions to study drugs or their ingredients.
- Have not fully recovered from major surgery or have ongoing surgical issues.
