Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and tolerable the drug MORAb-202 is for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer adenocarcinoma (NSCLC AC) who have already undergone treatment. The study will also measure how well the cancer responds to this new treatment.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer adenocarcinoma (NSCLC AC) based on specific medical tests.
  • Have at least one tumor that can be measured using standard medical criteria.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have a type of non-small cell lung cancer other than adenocarcinoma, such as squamous cell carcinoma or large cell carcinoma.
  • Have significant fluid buildup in the body, like in the abdomen or around the lungs, that needs frequent drainage.
  • Have had a complete lung removal surgery (pneumonectomy). Partial lung removal surgeries like lobectomy or segmentectomy are allowed if done more than 12 months before starting the study treatment.
  • Have had recent chest radiation therapy. Patients who had chest or chest wall radiation may be eligible if it was done more than 6 months before starting the study treatment.
