Study on Immunotherapy Combinations for Patients with Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of Stage IV metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
• Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured using standard criteria.
• Have good organ and bone marrow function as determined by specific medical tests.
• Be willing to provide a sample of tumor tissue for the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have medical conditions that could make the study treatments unsafe, according to the study doctor.
• Have received any live vaccines within 28 days before starting the study treatments.
• Have a chronic medical condition that requires high doses of steroids or other medications that suppress the immune system.
• Have psychiatric or substance abuse issues that could interfere with participating in the study.
• Have an active autoimmune disease or a history of autoimmune disease that required treatment in the past two years, except for vitiligo or resolved childhood asthma or allergies.
