Program Overview

The study aims to evaluate how well the drug TTX-030 works when used with chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, with or without the addition of Budigalimab, in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. This trial is for patients who have not yet received treatment for their metastatic cancer and are eligible for the standard chemotherapy regimen of gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to give informed consent.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic pancreatic cancer.
  • Have not received any previous treatment for metastatic cancer.
  • Have measurable cancer according to specific medical criteria.
  • Be suitable for treatment with the chemotherapy drugs nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine.
  • Be in good overall health with a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have a history of significant allergies or reactions to the study drugs or any monoclonal antibody.
  • Have used an investigational drug within 14 days before starting the study treatment.
  • Have a history of autoimmune diseases.
  • Have received a live vaccine within 28 days before starting the study treatment.
  • Have any uncontrolled illnesses.
