Program Overview

This study is exploring a new treatment using pembrolizumab combined with other investigational drugs for children and young adults with specific types of blood cancers or solid tumors that have come back or are not responding to treatment. The study is divided into two parts: the first part checks if the treatment is safe and determines the best dose, while the second part evaluates how well the treatment works. Participants will be placed in one of these parts based on availability. The study does not involve testing any specific hypotheses.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma or solid tumors with specific genetic features (MSI-H, dMMR, or TMB-H).
  • Must have recovered from any side effects of previous cancer treatments.
  • If HIV-positive, must have well-controlled HIV with antiretroviral therapy.

Exclusion Criteria

  • HIV-positive participants with a history of certain diseases like Kaposi's sarcoma.
  • Have received any cancer treatment or investigational drugs within 4 weeks before starting the study.
  • Have had radiation therapy within 2 weeks before starting the study or have radiation-related side effects needing steroids.
  • Have received a live vaccine within 30 days before starting the study.
  • Have previously received certain types of cancer immunotherapy.
  • Have an immune system deficiency or are on high-dose steroids or other immunosuppressive drugs.
  • Have another active cancer needing treatment within the past year.
  • Have active cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord.
  • Have an active autoimmune disease needing treatment in the past 2 years.
  • Have a history of lung disease needing steroids or current lung disease.
  • Have an active infection needing treatment.
  • Have active Hepatitis B and C infections.
  • Have had a tissue or organ transplant.
  • Have symptoms or treatment for graft versus host disease.
  • Have not fully recovered from major surgery or have ongoing surgical issues.
  • Have tumors involving the brainstem.
