Program Overview

Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL) is a type of cancer that can be difficult to treat, and current therapies can have long-lasting side effects. This study is exploring a new treatment using ATLCAR.CD30.CCR4 cells, which are designed to target and attack cancer cells in patients with HL. The study aims to find out if this treatment is safe and to determine the best dose for future research. Participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for up to 15 years to assess its long-term effects.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must provide written consent and authorization to share personal health information.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a Karnofsky performance score greater than 60%, indicating they can carry out most daily activities.
  • Must have a confirmed diagnosis of Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have had major surgery within the last 28 days.
  • Have received experimental treatments or cancer vaccines within the last 3 weeks.
  • Have undergone chemotherapy or radiation therapy within the last 3 weeks.
