This study is designed to let patients who are already taking ribociclib as part of a previous Novartis trial continue their treatment. The main goal is to monitor the long-term safety of ribociclib when used with other drugs. Patients can join this study if they have completed the main goals of the previous trial and their doctor believes they will benefit from continuing the treatment.
Description
The purpose of this study is to provide ongoing treatment with ribociclib for patients who have been part of a previous trial and are still benefiting from the medication. The study will focus on ensuring the long-term safety of ribociclib when used with other drugs. Patients can continue their treatment if they have completed the main objectives of the previous trial and their doctor thinks they will benefit from staying on the medication.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Currently part of a Novartis trial and taking ribociclib with other drugs.
- The previous trial has met its main goals.
- Have been on ribociclib for at least 6 cycles in the previous trial.
- Showing clinical benefits from the treatment, as determined by the doctor.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have permanently stopped taking ribociclib in the previous trial.
- Have unresolved side effects that required stopping ribociclib in the previous trial.
- Have access to ribociclib through local healthcare services.
