Program Overview

This study is designed to test the safety and effectiveness of different targeted therapies and immunotherapy treatments for patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be surgically removed. The trial focuses on patients whose cancer has specific genetic mutations or a high tumor mutational burden, as identified by a blood test. The study is being conducted at multiple locations worldwide and involves several groups of participants receiving different treatments.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be treated with surgery.
  • Able to perform daily activities with minimal assistance (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Have at least one tumor that can be measured.
  • Have recovered from any recent cancer treatments.
  • Have good organ function based on medical tests.
  • Expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • Willing to use effective birth control methods if of childbearing potential.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Cannot swallow pills.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Have untreated or worsening cancer spread to the brain.
  • Have had another type of cancer within the last 5 years, except for those with low risk of spreading or causing death.
  • Have serious heart problems, such as recent heart attack or stroke, or unstable heart conditions.
  • Have active or uncontrolled HIV infection.
  • Have any condition that makes it unsafe to receive the study treatment or makes it difficult to understand the study results.
  • Unable to follow the study requirements.
