Program Overview

The study is divided into two parts. Part 1 focuses on finding a safe dose of KB-0742 for patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors or Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Part 2 aims to further evaluate the safety of KB-0742 in specific groups of patients.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults aged 18 and older, or teens aged 12 and older weighing at least 40 kg, with certain types of tumors.
  • Willing to provide consent to participate.
  • Part 1: Patients with any relapsed or refractory solid tumor or specific types of tumors like small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, or certain lymphomas.
  • Part 2: Patients with confirmed solid tumors who have no other treatment options.
  • Must provide a tumor sample for testing.
  • Good overall health with a performance status of 0 or 1.
  • Must have measurable disease.
  • Adequate bone marrow and organ function.
  • Must have recovered from previous treatment side effects.
  • Agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Recent use of other cancer treatments within 4 weeks.
  • Recent surgery or radiation therapy.
  • History of organ transplant within 6 months.
  • Active cancer in the brain or spinal cord unless stable for 3 months.
  • Recent stroke or brain bleeding.
  • History of seizures or taking seizure medications.
  • Active infections needing treatment.
  • Active COVID-19 infection.
  • Significant heart disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Prolonged QT interval on an ECG.
  • Active HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infection.
  • Other uncontrolled medical conditions.
