Study on ATRN-119 for Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors

Inclusion Criteria

• Have specific DNA mutations related to how cells repair damage, confirmed by medical records or during the study screening.
• Have a tumor that can be measured using standard medical criteria.
• Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
• Be able to take the study medication by mouth.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, or other targeted treatments within the last 4 weeks.
• Have had surgery within 7 days before starting the study medication.
• Are taking medications that strongly affect certain liver enzymes (CYP3A4 and CYP2D6).
• Have a known HIV infection.
• Have active viral or bacterial infections or are taking antibiotics or antiviral medications.
• Have been diagnosed with leukemia in the past 5 years.
• Have had radiation treatment at the tumor site unless the disease has progressed.
• Have cancer that has spread to the brain or signs of brain involvement that are not stable for at least 1 month, as shown by an MRI.
• Have a history of non-cancerous bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or ulcers in the past 3 months.
• Have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
• Have certain heart rhythm problems or recent heart attack or unstable chest pain within the last 6 months.
