Program Overview
The main goal of this study is to evaluate how safe nivolumab is when used by itself or with other cancer treatments over a long period. This study includes patients with various types of tumors who have been part of a previous study and are continuing their treatment.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Must have signed a written informed consent form.
- Eligible to continue receiving treatment as per the previous study, including continuing treatment even if the cancer has progressed, as determined by the doctor in the previous study.
- Currently on a treatment break in the previous study after a long-lasting response or eligible to restart treatment as defined in the previous study.
- Women of childbearing potential and sexually active male participants must agree to use effective contraception methods as described in the consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- Not eligible for treatment according to the previous study's criteria.
- Not experiencing any clinical benefit from the treatment as assessed by the doctor.
- Any health issue, lab result, or illness that, in the doctor's opinion, makes participation in the study not in the participant's best interest.
- Other specific inclusion and exclusion criteria as defined in the study protocol.
