Study Comparing Different Drug Combinations for Treating Relapsed or Hard-to-Treat Myeloma After Previous Treatments

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma based on specific medical criteria.
• Have measurable disease as determined by certain lab tests, such as specific protein levels in blood or urine.
• Have myeloma that has returned after initial treatment or is not responding to current treatment.
• Show evidence of disease progression or failure to respond to the last treatment regimen.
• Have a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
• Agree not to be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study and for 6 months after the last treatment dose.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have severe allergies or intolerances to any of the study drugs.
• Have had a stroke, mini-stroke, or seizure within the last 6 months.
• Have had major surgery or a significant injury within 2 weeks before starting the study treatment, or have major surgery planned during the study period.
• Have used high doses of corticosteroids within 14 days before the first dose of the study drug.
• Have active involvement of the central nervous system by myeloma or signs of meningeal involvement. If suspected, a negative MRI and lumbar puncture are required.
