Program Overview
This study is testing a new treatment for adults with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Researchers want to find out the best dose, side effects, and effectiveness of a new drug called livmoniplimab when used with another drug, budigalimab, and chemotherapy. They will compare this to the standard treatment of pembrolizumab with chemotherapy. The study will involve about 840 participants from around the world and will last about 55 months. Participants will receive different combinations of these drugs and chemotherapy, and their health will be closely monitored with regular hospital or clinic visits, medical tests, and scans.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without specific genetic mutations that have approved targeted treatments.
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
- Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and good organ function.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have received previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC.
