Program Overview

The aim of this study is to determine if BMS-986458, a new type of drug that targets a protein called BCL6, is safe and can help treat Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The study will look at how well the drug works on its own and when combined with other anti-lymphoma drugs.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults aged 18 or older with relapsed or refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), including specific types like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular Lymphoma (FL).
  • For DLBCL and FL 3b: Must have tried at least two previous treatments, including a combination of chemotherapy drugs.
  • For transformed DLBCL: Must have tried at least two treatments after the lymphoma changed form.
  • For other types of FL: Must have tried at least two treatments and meet specific criteria for treatment at the time of joining the study.
  • Must have measurable disease, meaning the cancer can be seen and measured on scans.
  • Must agree to follow a plan to prevent pregnancy during the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Cannot have a performance status score of 2 or higher, which indicates more severe symptoms or limitations.
  • Cannot participate if unable to follow study rules and restrictions.
  • Cannot have had certain treatments recently, such as CAR-T therapy, specific drugs, or radiation within the last few weeks or months.
  • Cannot have serious health conditions, infections, or lab results that would make participating risky.
  • Cannot have known or suspected cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord.
