This study allows patients who are already benefiting from dabrafenib and/or trametinib treatment in a previous clinical trial to continue receiving the medication if they meet certain criteria.

Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to provide ongoing access to the cancer treatments dabrafenib and/or trametinib for patients who have been participating in a previous clinical trial sponsored by Novartis or a former GSK study. Patients can continue receiving the treatment if they have completed the main goals of the original study and are considered by their doctor to still benefit from the medication.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Currently receiving dabrafenib and/or trametinib treatment in a Novartis or former GSK study.
- Doctor believes the patient would benefit from continuing the treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- Previously stopped treatment permanently in the original study.
- The treatment is available and covered by insurance in the patient's country.
- Experiencing unresolved side effects that required stopping the medication in the original study.
