This clinical trial is testing a new treatment using a combination of two drugs, favezelimab and pembrolizumab, to see how well they work in treating specific types of cancer, including skin cancer and endometrial cancer.

Program Overview

The study aims to find out how effective a combination of two drugs, favezelimab and pembrolizumab, is in treating certain solid tumors. For patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (a type of skin cancer), the study will evaluate the complete response rate. For patients with endometrial cancer that is proficient in mismatch repair, the study will assess the response rate when these drugs are used with another drug called lenvatinib.

Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Allergic reactions to similar treatments or ingredients in the study drugs.
  • History of organ or tissue transplant.

For Skin Cancer Patients (Cohort A):

  • Previous radiation treatment to the cancer area.
  • Cancer located in the genital area.

For Endometrial Cancer Patients (Cohort B):

  • Major surgery within the last 3 weeks.
  • Severe digestive tract issues.
  • High levels of protein in urine.
  • Heart function below normal levels.
  • Cancer involving major blood vessels or cavities within the tumor.
  • Serious heart disease within the past year.
