The study is open-label, meaning both the researchers and participants know what treatment is being given. It will take place at multiple centers and involves several parts, including testing the drug alone and with other therapies like endocrine therapy and enzalutamide. The study will also look at how food affects the drug and how it interacts with other medications. Participants from China and Japan will also be included to evaluate the drug's effects in these populations.

Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants who have had stomach surgery or have dietary restrictions that prevent fasting or eating a high-fat meal.
  • Participants in Part 2B who have had previous treatment with certain cancer drugs and experienced disease recurrence.
  • Participants in Part 2C who have had previous treatment with specific cancer drugs that target certain pathways.
  • Participants with uncontrolled or symptomatic cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord.
  • Participants with another active cancer within the last 3 years, except for certain skin cancers or carcinoma in situ.
  • Participants who have had major surgery or radiation within 4 weeks before starting the study.
  • Participants who have had their last cancer treatment within 2 weeks before starting the study.
  • Participants who have been in other drug studies within 4 weeks before starting this study.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Participants with active inflammatory bowel disease or other gastrointestinal issues.
