Study on Epcoritamab with Rituximab and Lenalidomide for Treating Untreated Follicular Lymphoma

Program Overview
Follicular lymphoma is a common type of cancer affecting certain white blood cells. This study is exploring whether a new drug, epcoritamab, combined with rituximab and lenalidomide, can help treat this cancer in adults who haven't been treated before. The study will look at how safe the treatment is and how it affects the cancer. Participants will be divided into four groups, each receiving different treatments, and the study will take place at around 250 locations worldwide. Participants will receive either rituximab and lenalidomide alone or with epcoritamab, or other chemotherapy options chosen by the study doctor. The treatment will last for about 120 weeks, and participants will have regular check-ups to monitor their health and the treatment's effects.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (FL).
- Have a specific type of FL confirmed by a recent biopsy.
- Willing and able to follow the study procedures.
- Have stage II, III, or IV disease.
- Need systemic treatment as determined by the study doctor.
- Have one or more target lesions that can be measured by scans.
- Have a performance status score of 0 to 2, indicating good overall health.
- Able to receive standard chemoimmunotherapy treatments as part of the study.
- Meet specific laboratory test criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- Had major surgery within the last 4 weeks.
- Have an active cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection.
