The aim of this study is to determine if the N10 treatment, which combines reduced chemotherapy with monoclonal antibody therapy, is a safe and effective option for children diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a serious form of cancer that affects nerve cells.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with neuroblastoma based on specific medical tests, such as tissue samples, bone marrow tests, or certain scan results.
- Classified as high-risk neuroblastoma, which includes specific genetic markers or cancer stages.
- Have received no more than one previous cycle of high-risk neuroblastoma chemotherapy.
- Under 19 years of age.
- Signed consent form acknowledging understanding of the study's experimental nature.
Exclusion Criteria
- Severe problems with major organs, such as kidneys, heart, liver, brain, lungs, blood, or digestive system, that are more than mild.
- Unable to follow the study's requirements.
- Pregnant.
