Study Comparing Zanubrutinib Plus Anti-CD20 with Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab for Relapsed or Difficult-to-Treat Follicular or Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Program Overview
The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of two different treatment combinations for patients with follicular or marginal zone lymphoma that has come back or is not responding to treatment. One group will receive zanubrutinib with obinutuzumab, while the other group will receive lenalidomide with rituximab. The main goal is to see which treatment helps patients live longer without their disease getting worse, as determined by scans and medical evaluations.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with specific types of lymphoma: follicular lymphoma (grade 1-3a) or marginal zone lymphoma.
- Previously treated with at least one round of therapy that included an anti-CD20 medication.
- The last treatment did not work well, or the disease got worse after the last treatment.
- Need further treatment for follicular or marginal zone lymphoma.
- Have tumors that can be measured by scans like CT or MRI.
- Have good bone marrow, liver, and kidney function.
Exclusion Criteria
- Lymphoma has changed to a more aggressive form.
- Need to take corticosteroids regularly.
- Have serious heart disease.
- Had another cancer in the last two years.
- Have an active infection that needs treatment.
- Previously treated with lenalidomide or similar drugs without a good response or if the response lasted less than 24 months.
