Study on Tislelizumab and SX-682 for Treatable Pancreatic Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be able to understand and agree to sign a consent form.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a new diagnosis of pancreatic cancer confirmed by lab tests.
• The cancer must be able to be surgically removed.
• Must agree to have a tumor biopsy.
• Must be in good general health, able to carry out normal activities or light work.
• Must have good organ and bone marrow function as shown by specific lab tests.
• Both men and women must agree to use effective birth control during the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have received any treatment for pancreatic cancer before.
• Have another type of cancer that could affect the study results.
• Have conditions like alcohol or drug dependence, or other illnesses that could interfere with the study.
• Have an active autoimmune disease that could flare up.
• Have used steroids or immune-suppressing drugs recently.
• Have an active infection needing treatment.
• Have HIV or hepatitis B or C.
• Have lung diseases like pulmonary fibrosis or uncontrolled lung conditions.
• Have uncontrolled illnesses like severe infections, blood clots, heart problems, or mental health issues that could affect participation.
• Have had a stem cell or organ transplant.
• Have had major surgery recently.
• Have received a live vaccine recently.
• Are using drugs that affect heart rhythm.
• Have a heart condition affecting the QT interval.
• Have severe allergies to similar drugs.
• Are in another clinical trial.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
