Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to provide ongoing access to ribociclib (LEE011) for patients who have been participating in a Novartis-sponsored study and are experiencing positive effects from the treatment. This continuation is available even if the original study has met its goals or has been stopped for other reasons.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Currently enrolled in a Novartis-sponsored study and receiving ribociclib (LEE011) alone or with other investigational treatments.
  • Experiencing clinical benefits from the treatment, as assessed by the study doctor.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have been permanently stopped from using ribociclib (LEE011) in the original study for any reason.
  • Do not meet the criteria of the original study to continue treatment.
